About

We are working to grow the Dayton Region
addc-about-14-counties

The Dayton Development Coalition is focused solely on growing the 14-county Dayton region—one of the most livable regions in America. We bolster job creation and prosperity by supporting entrepreneurial activity, retaining and attracting businesses, and advocating for and promoting the region’s assets at the local, state and national levels.

In short, we open doors for businesses that are interested in locating to or expanding within our region. We connect entrepreneurs who have a bold vision for growth with the resources to take them to the next level. And we collaborate with our state and federal elected leaders to advance the economic priorities of our region. We are striving to raise the region’s national profile, to the benefit of our members and the area’s residents.

Our Mission

The mission of the Dayton Development Coalition is to retain, expand and recruit jobs in the Dayton region.

Our Funding:

The Dayton Development Coalition is a public/private partnership. Our members include private sector organizations and local municipalities. Together, we are investing in economic development to make our region one of the country’s top destinations to start or grow a business.

The Dayton Development Coalition has a dedicated Board of Trustees, strong leadership and they take great pride in growing the region.
