This project calls for the construction of a new public park within the Cornerstone of Centerville mixed use development near the I-675/Wilmington Pike interchange. The new park will provide recreational amenities to residents and business patron within the development and those surrounding the area. As part of the project’s design, the maintenance and enhancement of the water quality of an existing stream system is included.

The project will enhance the design quality of the Cornerstone of Centerville area and provide amenities for the surrounding businesses and residences. It will also address the need, through its design, to properly management storm water runoff.

The City will monitor the utilization of the park by residents, business patrons, and employees of the area. Robust use of the park will indicate project success.

53. Should the state consider a state capital budget bill in late 2017 or early 2018, I would like my project to be considered for a special PDAC state capital budget project list. The Coalition reserves the right to remove projects that are ineligible under state guidelines.
