Fly-In Registration

Host Hotel

The host hotel is The Mayflower Hotel, Autograph Collection. 

• The registration fee includes the hotel accommodations.  Your hotel room will be booked by DDC once registration payment has been received.
• All attendees are responsible for their own flights and transportation to and from the host hotel and the airport. Transportation will be provided for all other activities as outlined in the agenda.
• Reservations will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis for the host hotel. Should the host hotel sell out, we will make every attempt to book you at a nearby alternate hotel if available.

2025 Attendee Fees will be posted in February 2025.

Please allow enough time for checks to arrive at DDC no later than April 30, 2024, to ensure hotel accommodations can be made before the cut-off date.

Registration Includes:

• Welcome Reception on Monday at the host hotel
• All meetings on Tuesday and Wednesday
• The Ohio Congressional Reception on Tuesday
• Two nights at the host hotel – check in Monday and check out Wednesday
• Ground transportation to all the meetings (transportation to and from the airport is the responsibility of individual guests)
• Community Leader Fly-In Briefing Information, which includes itinerary, attendance, background information and more
• Meals included:
  • Light hors d'Oeuvres on Monday
  • Breakfast, lunch and reception meal on Tuesday
  • Breakfast on Wednesday
