3. Short description When built, the structure will be a Multi purpose outreach center to the community. These services include a Home Health Aide Training School, Medical Screenings, Free Legal Aide Services and Adult Daycare Services for Individuals With Disabilities. This site will have a commercial kitchen to do mobile feeding for shut-in seniors and offer afternoon programs to the school that is adjacent to our site. This new facility will host services we can offer to the community.

Community Details

40. Community Need To provide free and low cost services to the most vulnerable members of our community, who otherwise might not have the access to vital services. These services include free legal consultations, help for disabled adults with special disabilities, mobile feeding for senior citizens who are shut-in and offer after school programs to the school that is adjacent to us. With the various services we will offer, we estimate we will be able to serve 4,800 more individuals on a yearly basis, and in the future we look forward to that number to steadily increase.
