Retail, commercial and residential developments are actively growing throughout the region surrounding the interchange; planning is ongoing on adjacent to the interchange and within surrounding jurisdictions. This project will provide economic development and job creation to the region. This area of the transportation network will see additional traffic growth with adjacent development and required expansion to protect the health, safety and welfare of the community.
