Employees to run and maintain the facility account for the sustained permanent jobs created. Additionally, significant indirect job creation is expected with the construction of the facility managed by MSA Architects and Turner Construction. The increased economic activity as the result of holding meets at the facility will prompt job creation in the area. Each meet will bring on average 1,000 people into the community for the event. These numbers were based on an operational plan/study paid for by the Jenna Parlette Foundation and completed by a contracted provider.
