3. Short description The development of a Assisted Living Facility for 150 residence, also on the campus has a Historic Building that will offer additional space for medical offices, physical theory and recreation to Senior Citizens that live in this underserved area of the city.
The City of Dayton has awarded us three and one half acres (3.5) acres to develop this project.

39. Programs/grants for which this project would qualify This project is based in Healthcare and community out reach. This project will be developed in the Opportunity Zone section of Dayton.
Several local and national groups have contacted us regarding our plans to develop and serve this section of Dayton in Senior Healthcare Services.
We need your help to get started, we have been working on this project ten (10) yrs with very little help form any major group in the City of Dayton or the State of Ohio.

Community Details

40. Community Need The need for healthcare facilities is growing in the United States and Dayton is no diffrent.The Dayton Chamber of Commerce supports this effort and several local healthcare organizations have started to develop projects similar to ours.
The difference is that none of the major healthcare firms are developing facilities in the inter city like we are proposing.
Every meeting we attend with the major hospital in Ohio recognize the need, but only a few are working with this are of Dayton. We have been working 10 yrs. !

After construction 50-80 people will be needed to maintain the operation of a 24hr Assisted Living Facility. Several medical staff will be needed to care for 150
