3. Short description University of Dayton has created the Digital Transformation Center (DTC) that brings together AF, industry partners and the academia. The mission of DTC is to accelerate digital innovation, generate deeper insights anticipating the needs of the warfighter, policy makers, and analysts and researchers for armed services advancement. DTC will help AF coordinate digital efforts and fully exploiting their benefits by integrating data across the domains of excellence using non-proprietary solutions.

40. Community Need The success of this program is directly connected to our commitment to build industry, academia, and military services alliance. The Air Force Digital Transformation Office (DTO) working together with industry and academia at the DTC will further cement Air Force’s relationship with the Dayton community and will support the community vision of Digital Dayton by putting Dayton at the leading edge of digital innovation.
