Community Details
This multi-jurisdictional project will provide economic development and job creation support to the region. This area of the transportation network will experience additional traffic growth with adjacent development and required expansion to protect the health, safety and welfare of the community.

The project stakeholders (City of Centerville, Greene County Engineer’s Office & Sugarcreek Township) have worked with the Ohio Department of Transportation and the Montgomery County Transportation Improvement District over the past 3 years to complete a local and ODOT Feasibility Study to analyze alternatives. Currently, the project team is working through an AER (alternatives evaluation report) to solidify the recommended preferred alternative and move to detailed design. A public meeting was held mid-2023 and the year 2024 will be used to select the alternative and begin detailed design.
