To bridge the inequity gap in underserved communities by assuring access to preschool while providing Mental, Behavioral Analysis and Trauma Informed care for Preschoolers, Preschool Teachers and other staff in Early Childhood Education as well as Parent and Caregivers.
Evidentiary studies have proven that trauma-informed early education requires all professionals to understand the impact of trauma on early brain development. Children are developmentally less able to express their feelings and verbalize their needs (Choi & Graham-Bermann, 2018). Those working with children need to increase their awareness and understanding that young children — birth to age 5 — do in fact experience feelings of anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions, many of which are related to early traumatic experiences (Knopf, 2016; Liming & Grube, 2018).
To bridge the inequity in early education opportunities in underserved communities. • To make early education accessible and affordable, providing it free and mobile. • To provide early diagnosis, mitigating challenges and/or behavior/developmental delay diagnosis. • To integrate mental health balance and preventative behavior modification at the earliest age.
• To curb outbursts and disruptive behavior which affects every student in their classroom, negatively impacting their learning experience.
• To empower staff with resources and other intervention tools to modify challenging behaviors, especially for those students with Adverse Childhood Experiences.
• To provide tools, skills and resources to parents/caregivers
• To solve a dual challenge to families who do not have the resources to afford a quality education program for their child(ren) and are seeking professional growth to enter the
workforce with a viable wage.
• To fill the gap for current early childhood educators by providing classes and on-site work experiences to secure 120 hours toward a CDA, which is equivalent to earning an associate degree in early childhood education.

Although we are applying for the Quality of Life Review Panel, our project does positively impact Economic Development
